The complex is formed by three buildings, the historical mill, the stables and the old store house; tasteful refurbished offering all the comfort travelers expect today.

The original building already existed for more than 300 years when Washington Irving visited Granada, the Alhambra and Las Alpujarras. Over the years our hotel has become one of the most charming rural retreats in Andalusia.
