La
Alqueria de
Los Lentos and it's family-run restaurant, is famous around Nigüelas
since a long time for local country cuisine and it's typical
Mediterranean food.
Visitors
may choose to have their meals served either in the restaurant, or in
the old stone dining-room called "La Cueva" (The Cave).
Families,
company dinner, groups and wedding celebrations are welcome.
Food
and atmosphere are 'fine and country' and many of the ingredients used
in the kitchen are grown organically in the garden beside the resort.
Traditional
vegetarian dishes are prepared on demand, to compliment the historical
and cultural crucible that happened to Andalusia and Spain by the pass
of centuries.
